THE KAASHI LOOMS — Return, Refund & Exchange Policy


1. Report Issue Within 24 Hours

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must report it to us within 24 hours of delivery. Complaints reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

To report an issue:

  • Email us at: support@thekaashilooms.in
  • Mention your Order ID and registered mobile number
  • Attach clear photos of the issue
  • Attach your unboxing video (mandatory — see Section 2)

2. Unboxing Video — Mandatory

An unboxing video is compulsory for all return, exchange, or refund claims related to damaged or defective items.

Your video must include:

  • Recording must begin BEFORE opening the package
  • Courier label must be clearly visible
  • Record the entire unboxing without any cuts or pauses
  • Show the item fully after unboxing

No return or refund claim will be processed without a valid unboxing video — no exceptions.


3. Return Window — 3 Days

Once your return is approved by our team, the parcel must be shipped back to us within 3 days of approval. Returns received after 3 days of approval will not be accepted.

Return process:

  1. Report the issue within 24 hours (with unboxing video + photos)
  2. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days
  3. Once approved, ship the parcel back within 3 days
  4. Share the return tracking number with us
  5. Refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the parcel

4. Return Courier Charges

One-way courier charge applies on all returns:

  • Defective / damaged / wrong item received: Return courier cost will be borne by The Kaashi Looms
  • Change of mind, size issue, or any personal reason: Return courier cost will be borne by the customer

Please pack the item securely in its original packaging. The Kaashi Looms will not be responsible for any damage caused during return transit due to improper packing.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned parcel.

Refund timeline:

  • Refund approved within 1–2 business days of receiving the parcel
  • Amount credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Additional 3–5 business days may be taken by your bank, UPI, or card provider

For COD orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer. Please share your bank details when requested. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@thekaashilooms.in.


6. Return Eligibility

An item is eligible for return only if:

  • It is in original, unworn, and unused condition
  • All original tags are intact and attached
  • Original packaging is preserved
  • Issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • A valid unboxing video is provided
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is available

The following items are NOT eligible for return:

  • Worn, washed, or used items
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Gift cards
  • Items reported after 24 hours of delivery

7. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To get a different product, please initiate a return for your original item. Once the return is accepted, place a fresh order for the new product on our website.


8. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Record your unboxing video before opening the package
  • Contact us within 24 hours at support@thekaashilooms.in
  • Share your Order ID, photos of the issue, and the unboxing video

We will review your claim and resolve it through a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund.


9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Worn, used, or washed items
  • Items reported after 24 hours of delivery
  • Items shipped back without prior approval from our team
  • Damage claims submitted without an unboxing video

10. How to Initiate a Return — Step by Step

  1. Email us at support@thekaashilooms.in within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Include in your email: Order ID, registered mobile number, photos of the issue, and unboxing video link (Google Drive or WeTransfer)
  3. Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days
  4. Once approved, pack the item safely and ship it back within 3 days
  5. Share the return tracking number with us
  6. Refund will be processed after we receive and verify the parcel

Do not ship items back without prior approval. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
