THE KAASHI LOOMS — Shipping Policy


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across India and internationally to selected countries.

  • India: We ship to all states and union territories across India
  • International: We ship worldwide (select countries at checkout)

2. Shipping Charges

India (Domestic): Free shipping on all orders across India — no minimum order value required.

International Orders: A flat shipping charge of ₹3,000 applies per saree for all international orders.

  • This charge covers one piece (1 saree) per shipment
  • If you order multiple sarees, shipping charge will be calculated per piece accordingly
  • International shipping charges are non-refundable

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
  • During sale periods or festive seasons, processing may take up to 3–4 business days

4. Estimated Delivery Time

India (Domestic):

  • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 7-10 business days
  • Other cities and towns: 7–10business days
  • Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days

International:

  • Standard delivery: 10–20 business days depending on destination country
  • Delays may occur due to customs clearance, which is beyond our control

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this tracking number to track your shipment on the courier partner's website.

If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@thekaashilooms.in.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees levied by the destination country
  • These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer
  • The Kaashi Looms has no control over customs policies and cannot predict these charges
  • Please check with your local customs office before placing an international order

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. The Kaashi Looms will not be responsible for:

  • Delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Additional reshipping charges in case of returned parcels due to wrong address

If you notice an error in your address after placing the order, contact us immediately at support@thekaashilooms.in. We will try our best to update it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is shipped.


8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions or natural calamities
  • Courier partner delays
  • Customs clearance (international orders)
  • Public holidays or strike situations

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@thekaashilooms.in with your Order ID and we will investigate immediately.


9. Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged from the outside, please:

  • Do not accept the delivery without recording a video
  • Note the condition with the delivery person present
  • Contact us within 24 hours at support@thekaashilooms.in with photos and video

We will work with our courier partner to resolve the issue.


10. Packaging

All our sarees are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We use protective packaging to preserve the quality and delicacy of our handloom products during transit.
